How do I know if ordering online is secure?
To help determine if your connection is secure, look at the status bar of your browser window. For example, if you see an unbroken key or a closed lock (depending on your browser), the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) should be active, which helps to protect the transmission of information through the website. How to place an order?
Select your favorite collection, then click product details. Next, please select your size and click the product page's ADD TO SHOPPING CART button. Next, review the items in your shopping bag by clicking the MY CART at the top right of the page.
Click on 'CHECKOUT' to complete your order.
How can I change or cancel my order after it has been submitted?
Payment or billing information cannot be altered once an order is placed. To request changes to your order, you must contact Customer Service.

When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged for the cost of each item as it ships. Therefore, you may see multiple credit card charges if you have an order containing multiple items shipped at different times.
How can I track my order?
We will email you as items in your order ship or if there are updates on the status of your order.
If you have a grgwear.com profile, sign in to your account. You'll see which purchases are on the way and get to the shipment tracking updates.
If you don't have an account, find your order number, then go to order information and enter it.
Find the right size
Measure with a tape measure to make sure you buy the correct size. Wear little or no clothing when measuring.
Neck circumference: Measure around the middle of the neck (at Adam’s apple). Leave an index finger space between the tape measure and the neck to make the neck comfortable.
Bust: Place a tape measure around the full chest and shoulder blades, then measure with your arms at your sides.
Sleeve Length: Palms on hips, elbows 90 degrees. Start at the middle of the back of the neck, pass over the shoulders, and measure to the wrists.
Waist: Hold the tape measure close to your body and measure your natural waist around your navel.
Size selection
The product details page has a detailed description of the product size. The size recommended by customer service for you is for reference only. Please read our actual measurement data carefully for the specific size selection. Since the measurement data of the products are all from our manual measurement, please understand the slight errors, and the measurement values of some products with a strong sense of design may also be different from the measured data, please refer to the actual product.
Maintenance and cleaning advice
- When washing for the first time, adding a small amount of salt to the water can reduce the color fading of the new product during the first washing.
- Do not soak the clothes in water containing detergent for a long time before washing, so as to avoid fading or deformation of the clothes.
- When washing, add an appropriate amount of neutral detergent (without bleach) to clean water at a temperature not exceeding 40°C. After dissolving evenly, soak the clothes for about 5 minutes, then lightly rub the stained part, and then rinse with clean water.
- Please wash it as soon as possible when it is stained with oil stains, stains or wet with sweat or rain to avoid odor and breeding of bacteria.
- Clothes of different colors should be washed separately to avoid staining when mixed.
- Do not fold the clothes when they are not dry, and turn them over to dry to slow down the color fading of the clothes.
- Do not rub against hard objects, coarse clothes or chemical fiber clothes with static electricity for a long time, so as to prevent the clothes from pilling and affecting the wearing experience.
- Avoid contact with corrosive substances to avoid damage to clothing.
- Do not iron the rubber part of the garment at high temperatures.
