You can keep the patch on for as long as it takes for the patch to turn opaque, which is a sign that it has absorbed exudate from the pimple. This typically takes anywhere from a few hours to a full night. Do not exceed 24 hours with the same patch.

After removing the patch, gently cleanse the area with a mild cleanser. You can then proceed with your regular skincare routine. Avoid using abrasive scrubs or harsh chemicals immediately after removal.
