Where can our orders be shipped to?
Due to the global outbreak of Covid-19, international shipments have been affected. As a result, we have stopped our international business to ensure the quality of our service and only accept orders from the United States.
How long does it take to process orders?
We generally process orders within 1-2 business days.
What is the daily order cutoff time?
Our order cutoff time is 5:00 pm (EST), Monday – Friday. On Friday, orders after 5:00 pm (EST) will be processed and shipped next Monday (holiday extension).
How long is the product shipping time?
We currently provide Standard Delivery and Express Delievery for all orders, for Standard Delievery, product transit time is 4 - 10 business days; for Express Delivery, it will be 3 - 5 days.
How is the shipping cost calculated?
We support both Standard delivery and Express delivery and can ship over $50 with the following postage calculations:

Who pays the tax?
You should pay the sales tax generated during your buy of goods. The merchant does not bear any tax. As tax regulations may differ from place to place, taxes may vary.
What if the shipping time is too long?
If the shipping time is longer than 60 business days, please confirm whether your receiving information is filled in completely. If the receiving information is incorrect, please be responsible for it yourself. If you fill in the correct information, you can contact our customer service and choose to resend or refund.
What if the order processing time is too long?
If the order takes longer than 10 days to process without special instructions, you may request a refund now, or we will reschedule your order and compensate you with a $10 coupon.
What if the package is lost in transit?
The merchant is not responsible for parcels lost in transit. If you can not check the parcel information on the official website, or the parcel information shows lost, you can contact customer service to provide the order number. We will contact the logistics company for processing.
